Our External Management solutions offer the complete oversight of pedestrians, traffic and transport in Zone Ex.

STAFFING & OPERATIONS

​We supply, brief and manage staff to an exceptional standard, including:

  • Project management - external managers, traffic and transport managers, control room operatives, supervisors.
  • Traffic management - CSAS accredited traffic officers, traffic management operatives, traffic stewards, banksmen.
  • Pedestrian management - SIA accredited security (via our security partners), crowd safety stewards.

Pedestrian Management

We offer complete management of pedestrians in Zone Ex, including:

  • Providing directions and information to event attendees.
  • Managing crowds at transport hubs, road crossings and along footways.
  • Controlling queue capacity and flow rates at entry points.

Traffic Management

We design, install, maintain and remove traffic management schemes, including:

  • Road and lane closures.
  • Temporary signals and pedestrian crossings.
  • Diversions and directional road signage.

Transport Management

We work with existing and supplementary transport networks to service events, including:

  • Providing control room operatives to work in transport hub control rooms.
  • Shuttle bus operations.
  • Taxi pick up and drop off locations.

SUPPORTING SERVICES

We offer a range of supporting services to complete the external management domain, including:

  • Providing traffic management equipment such as road signage, cones, barriers and temporary signals.
  • Positioning and managing infrastructure such as crowd control barriers, bins, toilets and pedestrian signage.
  • Surveying pedestrian and vehicle movements to review performance and inform improvements.
